Recovery from a thigh lift
Recovery time will vary based on which thigh lift procedure was done. There will be bruising and swelling, which will take about a month to dissipate completely. Rest as much as possible and keep your legs elevated.
You will need 1-2 weeks off of work to heal and recover. Don’t do any heavy lifting or strenuous exercise until 4-6 weeks have passed and you have a go-ahead from Dr. Engineer.
Once you heal, there will be visible scars from the incisions. For the most part, these should not be very noticeable to other people. Dr. Engineer does everything he can to make these scars as inconspicuous as possible.
