Types of Fillers
Juvederm
Juvederm is a dermal filler made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally-occurring substance that adds volume and hydration to your skin. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally-found sugar without any human or animal DNA. As such, Juvederm injectables merely supplement the naturally-occurring hyaluronic acid, ensuring complete safety and natural-looking results. These are ideally used to treat severe facial lines, wrinkles, nasolabial folds, and enhance lips. You can see the results of the treatment immediately.
Restylane
Restylane is a non-surgical dermal filler made of hyaluronic acid, i.e., your body’s own naturally-occurring sugar. Restylane is used to ensure lip enhancement, smoothen the lines around your mouth, add volume and lift to your cheeks, and reverse the loss of volume from the backs of your hands. The Restylane products have extremely fine particles used to provide highly-personalized treatments for wrinkles and facial contouring. Furthermore, Restylane has been designed to reverse the signs of aging without losing facial mobility or expressions.
Radiesse
Radiesse is a dermal filler made of calcium hydroxyapatite particles, a compound that lasts longer than hyaluronic acid fillers and triggers your skin’s natural collagen production. Besides enhancing your facial appearance and reducing fine lines, Radiesse encourages your body to produce collagen, ensuring long-term benefits. Radiesse is commonly used to provide facial lift, add fullness to your cheeks, reduce wrinkles and fine lines, and heal scars caused by skin inflammation. The results of a Radiesse treatment last for 1-2 years.
Belotero
Belotero is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler that smoothes facial lines and effectively contours your face. Once injected, the hyaluronic acid particles bind with the moisture in your skin, filling in the fine lines and wrinkles on your skin and lips. As a hyaluronic acid dermal filler, it temporarily smooths moderate to severe facial lines and wrinkles around your nose and mouth. Belotero is also approved to treat the deep marionette lines that run from your nose to your lips.
Sculptra
Sculptra is a dermal filler made of a biocompatible compound called Poly-L-lactic acid that triggers your body’s natural collagen production abilities. As such, Sculptra can also be called a collagen stimulator. The effects of the filler dissipate after a few days, but it encourages your body to produce collagen, thus naturally filling the facial lines and wrinkles over time. The treatment results gradually improve over multiple sessions, but the final results last for up to 2 years. Sculptra treatments improve the hollows of your eyes, flattened cheeks, and the wrinkles around your lips, eyes, mouth, and neck. The results of Sculptra treatments last up to 2 years.
