Ellie Cipriano stands as one of the esteemed advanced aestheticians at Engineered Aesthetics Plastic Surgery Institute. While relatively new to the advanced esthetics field, Ellie has swiftly made her mark, earning her esthetics license from Avalon Institute in November 2022 with distinction, ranking at the top for services and sales in her class. Her relentless pursuit of excellence continued as she furthered her esthetics education at Legacy Aesthetics, completing their rigorous laser course and obtaining her advanced esthetic license in January 2023.
Despite her burgeoning career in aesthetics, Ellie is no stranger to Las Vegas, having been born and raised in the vibrant city in the year 2000. She completed her high school education in 2019 at Desert Oasis High School, where she held the role of Senior Class Treasurer. Following her high school journey, Ellie embarked on a two-year venture as part of the CCC to NAU program in Flagstaff, Arizona, where she delved into Environmental Science and Graphic Design. Throughout her life, Ellie harbored a fascination with the world of beauty, honing her makeup skills, particularly influenced by her background in dance. However, it was during the challenging backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic that Ellie's passion for makeup transformed into a profound dedication to skincare.
In the spring of 2022, Ellie made a pivotal decision to pivot her career path away from Graphic Design and wholeheartedly pursue a vocation in esthetics. Her primary objective with each of her clients is to address their unique skin concerns and empower them to embrace their innate confidence in their own skin.
Beyond the confines of the office, Ellie's vibrant personality shines through in her various pursuits. You'll often find her gracefully line dancing at Stoney's Rockin Country or immersing herself in the literary world, exploring the shelves at Barnes and Noble in search of her next captivating read. Ellie is also an ardent supporter of the Golden Knights, passionately cheering them on whenever and wherever she can.
Additionally, she dedicates a significant portion of her time to volunteering with the Children's Heart Foundation of Nevada, a cause close to her heart. She serves as a camp counselor at Camp Mend-a-Heart during the summer, sharing this rewarding experience with both her parents and her partner.

Originally from the vibrant city of Los Angeles, Irene embarked on a transformative journey, relocating to Las Vegas in 2006 to pursue her bachelor's degree in International Business. During her time at UNLV, she ventured into the realm of real estate, establishing herself as a proficient salesperson.
In 2016, Irene made a significant transition into the gaming industry, assuming the role of a casino host. It was during this chapter of her life that she began to nurture a growing interest in skincare, sensing a deep calling but initially unsure of where to commence her journey. Delving into extensive research, Irene made a life-altering decision to embark on the path of becoming an aesthetician, driven by her aspiration to empower individuals to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Her dedication culminated in the successful completion of her advanced aesthetician license, opening doors for her to join the esteemed ranks of med spas shortly after graduation. Now, Irene has found her true aesthetician home at Engineered Aesthetics Med Spa, where her work is not just a profession but a heartfelt hobby. When she's not cherishing moments with her family, Irene is wholly committed to continuous self-education in the dynamic world of aesthetics, a testament to her unwavering dedication and passion for her craft.

Mai Tran, BSN, RN is an aesthetic nurse injector who believes aesthetics lives at the intersection of science and artistry, where technical precision guides every decision and creativity shapes results that feel natural and refined. With years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Mai focuses on creating subtle, balanced enhancements that are thoughtful, intentional, and never overdone.
Raised in California, Mai relocated to Las Vegas in 2026, bringing with her a patient-first philosophy shaped by diverse medical and aesthetic experiences. She is highly skilled in facial assessment, injectable treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures, and is known for creating customized treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and anatomy.
Mai prides herself on education-driven consultations, honest guidance, and building long-term trust with her patients. Her work has been recognized through multiple professional honors, including top injector distinctions and awards for excellence in patient care and patient retention.
Outside of the clinic, Mai enjoys time with her fiancé, her two dogs, Mako and Pawl, and her cat, Zeus. You’ll usually find her cooking (or eating), wandering estate sales, or fueled by Vietnamese coffee. Her life motto is simple: desserts are non-negotiable. It’s a reflection of her belief in balance, intention, and enjoying the little things.
